A.M.I. Online Training for HAL-RAR

This week A.M.I. hosted the first Online Training “Treatment of Haemorrhoidal Disease with TRILOGY (HAL-RAR)” together with well-known workshop partner Dr. Alexis Freitas.

Dr. Freitas is specialized in colorectal procedures and recipient of the European Board of Surgery Qualification in Coloproctology. He is extremely versed in demonstrating the HAL (Haemorrhoidal Artery Ligation) and RAR (Recto Anal Repair) techniques, having treated many hundreds of patients over the past several years and gathered a wealth of experience over that time.

With TRILOGY A.M.I. offers the third generation of HAL-RAR, combining all advantages of the HAL-RAR procedures with the flexibility of the bluetooth technology. TRILOGY is known as a an effective, patient-friendly and safe operation which can be tailored to suit each individual patient.

In the online training Dr. Freitas passed on his tips and tricks for carrying out successful procedures and discussed his own results in detail with participants from South America and A.M.I. representatives.
