A.M.I., the website operator, collects data on website access on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 (1) lit. GDPR) and save these as “server log files” on the server of the website. The following data is logged:

Customer account / registration function
If you create a customer account with A.M.I. via our website, A.M.I. will use the data entered by you during registration (e.g. your name, address or e-mail address) exclusively for pre-contractual services, for the fulfillment of the contract or for the purpose of customer care and support. At the same time, A.M.I. saves the IP address and the date and time of your registration.
The opening of the customer account additionally serves pre-contractual measures or the fulfillment of the contract. The legal basis for this processing is also Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
The consent granted to A.M.I. in the opening and maintenance of the customer account can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. You only need to inform us about your withdrawal.
The data collected will be deleted as soon as the processing is no longer necessary. However, A.M.I. must consider tax and commercial retention periods.
Rights of the user
As a user, you have the right to receive information on which personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to restrict or delete your personal data. If applicable, you can also claim your right to data portability. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency.

A.M.I. uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the data A.M.I. manages against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
- Deletion of data
If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to delete your data. Data stored by A.M.I. will be deleted if they are no longer necessary for their purpose and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for legitimate legal purposes, then data processing is restricted. In this case, the data is secured and not processed for other purposes.
- Online job applications / publication of job advertisements
A.M.I. offers you the opportunity to apply on our website. In these digital applications, your application and application data will be electronically collected and processed. Legal basis for this processing is § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR. If an employment contract is concluded after the application process, A.M.I. will save your data submitted in the application in your personal file for the purpose of the normal organizational and administrative process – of course, taking into account the further legal obligations. The legal basis for this processing is also § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR. When rejecting an application, A.M.I. will automatically delete the data submitted to us after notification of the rejection. However, deletion does not take place if the data require a long-term storage period or until the conclusion of a judicial procedure due to legal provisions, for example, proof obligations under the AGG. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR and § 24 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in the legal defense or enforcement.If you expressly agree to a long-term storage of your data, for example, for your inclusion in an application or interest database, the data will be further processed on the basis of your consent. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Of course, you can revoke your consent at any time according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR by declaring to us and it will remain enforced in the future.

Revocation and unsubscribing: You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus cancel the newsletter subscription.
