Within this surgical specialty A.M.I. focuses on the treatment of incontinence as well as pelvic floor repair, which is rapidly becoming one of our core competencies. In 2007 we launched our first ultralight mesh implant for POP surgery, and since then have been continually expanding our product range. Our TVA/TOA slings for female urinary incontinence can be adjusted post-operatively with no surgical reintervention and have shown very high success rates since their introduction in September 2007.
