Mesh body:
The mesh body was developed for the vaginal area to maintain vaginal elasticity and consists of A.M.I.’s ultra-lightweight, hexagonal mesh with wide pore structure. The hexagonal isoelastic mesh structure reduces foreign body reaction and allows good tissue integration.
Mesh neck:
The mesh neck was developed for stable fixation. The material is made of firmer, denser mesh for a stable fixation to the longitudinal ligament at the sacral promontory level.
